The New Delhi Indian Restaurant menu offers a wide variety of dishes, catering to all kinds of tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty curry or a lighter vegetarian option, there's something to satisfy everyone. The restaurant specializes in classic Indian dishes, many of which are prepared using recipes passed down through generations. Dishes like Butter Chicken, Rogan Josh, and Chicken Tikka Masala stand out, delivering rich, bold flavors that stay true to their traditional roots.

One standout dish to try is the Lamb Vindaloo. It's a perfect balance of spice and flavor, with tender pieces of lamb cooked in a tangy, spiced sauce that lingers on the palate. If you prefer something milder, the Paneer Butter Masala is a rich, creamy delight with the soft texture of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) soaking up the savory gravy. For those seeking a lighter, fresher option, the restaurant also offers a variety of salads and vegetable dishes, such as the popular Aloo Gobi (a spicy potato and cauliflower dish).

Along with its diverse menu, New Delhi Indian Restaurant offers an impressive selection of freshly baked naan breads that perfectly complement the rich gravies. The garlic naan, soft and slightly charred, is the perfect accompaniment to mop up sauces, while the paratha provides a flakier, lighter option. Their Basmati rice is another highlight, with its fragrant aroma and delicate texture providing the ideal base for the dishes.

Not to be overlooked are the beverages available. Whether you choose a traditional Mango Lassi or a refreshing Masala Chai, these drinks add an extra layer of authenticity to your dining experience. The lassi, with its cool, smooth texture, balances out the spices beautifully, while the Masala Chai offers a flavorful burst of warmth and spice that is quintessentially Indian.

The restaurant’s dedication to quality and authenticity is apparent in each dish. It’s not just about the food-it’s about recreating the true essence of Indian cooking. The chefs, well-versed in traditional Indian spices and techniques, put their expertise to work, using only the finest ingredients to craft every meal. For those looking to explore regional Indian flavors, the restaurant occasionally features special dishes from different parts of India, offering guests a deeper dive into the country’s diverse culinary landscape.

My visit got off to a little bit of a rocky start. The waiter was talking to his buddies whilst taking my order, I asked for the starter to come first but all the food came at the same time, and the Chicken Pakora was tasteless. All is forgiven though as the curries were very good. Very tasty, plenty of meat in the chicken curry. I will ask for spicy the next time as the medium was not spicy enough for me.

Nice & clean place Tasty food and nice seating arrangement. Suggestions: Staff needs to be welcoming and greeting the customers which relieves your fatigue after roaming inside the city. Music should be there all the time to sooth your customers. Otherwise, they have a variety of food and at reasonable prices.

We were looking for an Indian restaurant and we stumbled on the New Delhi Indian restaurant. The place does not look like anything special but don't get put off by the appearance. Their naan breads are delicious, we also tried the chicken and fish tikka, and the saag mutton. Very tasty dishes at a very good value for money, I definitely recommend this lovely little place especially if you would like to try something different.
